This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses GreenGo. It sets out what may not be listed, how everyone must behave and how reviews work.
1. Prohibited listings
You may not list, sell or link to:
- Harmful code: malware, ransomware, spyware, stalkerware, keyloggers, botnets, credential stealers, or tools whose main purpose is unauthorized access, exploitation or evading security controls.
- Stolen or unlicensed goods: leaked or pirated code, cracked software, resold license keys, assets you have no right to sell, or open-source code sold in breach of its license.
- Accounts and data: user accounts, API keys, credentials, scraped or purchased personal data, or lead lists collected without consent.
- Deception tools: fake-review or fake-engagement generators, click-fraud tools, phishing kits, look-alike sites of real brands, or tools to bypass paywalls or DRM.
- Game cheats and bots that break a game's terms or give unfair advantage in online play.
- Non-consensual or sexual content: sexually explicit material, tools to make intimate images of real people without consent, and anything sexualizing minors, which we report to NCMEC.
- Impersonation: AI agents, voices or likenesses that impersonate a real person or organization without their written permission.
- Regulated goods and services that need a license we have not approved: real-money gambling, securities, crypto tokens or investment schemes, lending or money transmission, medical diagnosis or treatment software, and anything involving weapons, drugs or controlled substances.
- Hate, harassment or violent extremism, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Unlawful products, including anything that violates sanctions, export-control, privacy or consumer protection law.
- Get-rich-quick offers, pyramid or multi-level schemes, and earnings claims you cannot substantiate.
2. Extra rules for AI agents and automations
- The listing must say what the agent can do on its own, what accounts or data it needs access to, and what it sends to third parties.
- Agents must ask a human to confirm before spending money, sending messages to other people or deleting data, unless the buyer turns that off with a clear setting.
- Agents must not hide that they are AI when they talk to people, and must respect robots.txt, rate limits and the terms of sites they access.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Breaking the law or helping someone else do it.
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Fraud, fake accounts, chargeback abuse or money laundering.
- Harassing, threatening, doxxing or spamming anyone.
- Manipulating search, rankings, Green Light results, referrals or fees.
- Scraping or crawling the Platform outside our published APIs and MCP endpoint and their limits.
- Testing the Platform's security outside the Security and Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, or overloading or disrupting the Platform.
- Using the Platform to train AI models on other users' content without their permission.
4. Reviews
Reviews help buyers only if they are honest. These rules follow the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465) and its Endorsement Guides.
- Verified buyers only. Only buyers with a completed purchase can review, once per purchase, marked "Verified purchase".
- Real experiences only. No reviews written by AI or by anyone other than the buyer, and no reviews that misrepresent the reviewer's experience.
- No conflicts. Sellers, their staff, relatives and agents may not review their own products or competitors' products.
- No buying reviews. Nobody may offer money, discounts, refunds or other rewards for a review, unless every reviewer gets the reward whether the review is positive or negative and the review says so. Rewards conditioned on a positive review are never allowed.
- No suppression. Sellers may not threaten, pressure or pay buyers to change or remove a review, or to avoid writing one. Report such pressure to us.
- Equal moderation. We remove reviews only for these reasons, applied the same way to positive and negative reviews: illegal content, harassment or hate, personal information, spam or advertising, content unrelated to the product, or a confirmed conflict of interest. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.
- Seller replies. Sellers may reply publicly and politely once per review.
5. Endorsements and affiliate links
Anyone promoting a GreenGo listing for a commission, free product or other benefit — including City Partners and affiliates — must clearly disclose that connection next to the endorsement, for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you buy through this link". Hidden disclosures, such as only in a profile or behind "more", do not count.
6. Reporting and enforcement
- Report a listing, review or user with the Report button or at info@greengopartners.com. Report copyright issues under our Copyright and DMCA Policy and security issues under our Security Policy.
- Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, limit features, hold payouts as described in the Seller Agreement, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities.
- We tell you what we did and why, unless the law or safety prevents it, and you can appeal within 30 days to info@greengopartners.com.
