GreenGo wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse, buy and sell on greengopartners.com.
Our goal and what we do
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. To get there we:
- Build with semantic HTML, visible focus states, keyboard access to every control and labels on every form field.
- Keep text contrast at or above WCAG AA ratios, support zoom to 200% and respect reduced-motion settings.
- Give images meaningful alternative text and avoid information conveyed by color alone.
- Test key journeys — sign-up, search, listing, checkout, selling and support — with automated tools, keyboard-only use and screen readers (VoiceOver and NVDA) before major releases.
- Train our team on accessible design and writing.
Where we know we fall short
We are still working on some areas, and we will update this list as we fix them:
- Seller content. Listing images, videos and documents are supplied by sellers. We require alt text for listing images and prompt sellers to caption videos, but we cannot check every file.
- Third-party services. Checkout and payout screens are provided by Stripe, and some embedded content comes from other providers. We choose providers with accessibility commitments and report problems to them.
- Green Light reports. Some technical report details are dense. A plain-language summary appears at the top of every report.
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets, and we do not claim the Platform is fully compliant; we test and fix.
Tell us about a barrier
If anything on GreenGo is hard to use, contact us and we will help you complete what you were trying to do another way, such as an assisted purchase:
- Email info@greengopartners.com
- Phone +1 (929) 969-5699
- Mail GreenGo Partners LLC, Attn: Accessibility, 1515 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11224
We respond within 2 business days and aim to fix confirmed problems in our own code within 30 days, or tell you our plan if it will take longer.
For sellers
Sellers are responsible for the accessibility of their own products. Green Light reports include basic accessibility signals to help, and the Fix-It Desk can connect you with developers who can improve them.
